GE HealthCare seeks a Staff Software Engineer to design and build scalable backend services and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities

• Design and implement Java/Spring Boot services and REST APIs
• Develop microservices, business logic, and data-processing components
• Design and integrate relational and NoSQL databases with AWS services
• Write and maintain unit, integration, contract, and API tests
• Debug and resolve application, database, network, and performance issues

Requirements

• 8–10 years of backend development experience
• Strong Java and Spring Boot microservice development skills
• REST APIs and microservices architecture expertise
• SQL, relational databases, and NoSQL exposure
• AWS services and Docker/container fundamentals
• Unit, integration, and API testing capabilities
• Git, CI/CD pipelines, and open-source library proficiency
