Responsibilities

Define and drive architecture for large-scale distributed software systems, including scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability decisions.
Design and evolve high-throughput ad serving, targeting, measurement, and data-processing systems.
Lead complex cross-team initiatives from requirements and architecture through implementation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Optimize big data applications, distributed computing platforms, resource utilization, processing efficiency, and infrastructure cost.
Define technical strategy, identify architectural gaps, establish long-term roadmaps, and align investments with business priorities.
Establish engineering practices for software design, code quality, testing, observability, operational readiness, and production reliability.
Resolve complex technical challenges and align architectural decisions across engineering teams and organizational boundaries.
Mentor senior and junior engineers, guide design and code reviews, and develop technical leadership.
Improve throughput, latency, fault tolerance, service-level objectives, and system resilience.
Lead integrations with internal and external platforms supporting advertising targeting, measurement, and data capabilities.
Collaborate with engineering teams in the US and India on project execution, technical knowledge sharing, and organizational alignment.
