We are looking for a skilled MongoDB Developer with strong experience in designing, optimizing, and implementing document-based data solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in MongoDB data modeling, query optimization, performance tuning, and integrating MongoDB with .NET/C# applications. This role involves building scalable, secure, and high-performance data systems to support enterprise-grade applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design efficient, scalable, and flexible MongoDB schemas using best practices for normalization and denormalization.
Implement CRUD operations, including advanced querying, filtering, sorting, pagination, and bulk operations.
Build and optimize indexes , analyze query performance, and interpret execution plans for performance tuning.
Develop data access layers and integrations using MongoDB .NET/C# drivers .
Implement upserts, replacements, aggregation pipelines , and data transformation workflows.
Work with MongoDB Atlas , including replication, sharding configurations, and deployment tuning.
Manage data lifecycle strategies : hot/warm/cold storage tiers, TTL indexes, and archival mechanisms.
Implement backup/restore routines , monitoring, and alerting using Atlas or Ops Manager.
Work with change streams for real-time event-driven data pipelines.
Ensure security best practices including authentication, authorization, auditing, and compliance.
Collaborate with backend teams to build scalable APIs and microservices leveraging MongoDB.
Utilize full-text search, Lucene, or vector search for enhanced query capabilities.
