Role Summary We're looking for a multidisciplinary Senior Visualiser who can move fluidly across design, art direction, and content formats — translating creative briefs and cultural insights into strong visual concepts across brand, campaign, and content deliverables for South Indian regional markets (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam).
Key Responsibilities
Convert briefs, mood boards, and cultural research into original visual concepts (key visuals, layouts, storyboards, social/campaign creative)
Own visual execution across print, digital, OOH, social, and motion formats
Work across multiple disciplines — graphic design, art direction, basic motion/video, and content design — as briefs demand
Collaborate with copy, strategy, and account teams to ensure visual-verbal cohesion
Mentor junior visualisers/designers; review and QC their output
Stay current on regional visual/cultural trends relevant to South Indian markets
Present concepts internally and to clients when needed
Requirements
4–7 years in an ad agency / brand design studio as a Visualiser, Art Director, or Senior Designer, with demonstrated range across formats and disciplines
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with hands-on experience using AI tools for design and ideation; After Effects is a plus
Comfort working across static, motion, and content-led formats
Fluency in at least one South Indian regional language (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam)
Ability to work across multiple brands/briefs simultaneously
Nice to Have
Experience with culture-led or insight-driven creative agencies
