Senior Team Leader position in quality assurance at Pfizer's Vizag facility. Responsible for evaluating drug batches, leading quality investigations, managing team performance, and ensuring compliance with manufacturing and regulatory standards in sterile injectable operations.
Responsibilities
Review clinical and commercial drug batches for specification adherence and manufacturing deviations
Approve investigations and change control activities to maintain compliance standards
Lead personnel, technology, and financial resources across the quality unit
Manage direct and indirect reports and provide input to senior management decisions
Initiate and oversee investigations with corrective and preventative actions
