Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application-specific support issues
Serve as IT configuration expert and subject matter expert for assigned systems
Manage code deployments and monitor change requests per established procedures
Execute application security requests and manage support queues
Write and maintain application documentation and coordinate with vendors on releases
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal qualification
3-4 years experience in application support or related field
Server administration knowledge (Windows Server, Linux)
SQL and relational database experience (Oracle, SQL Server)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office and ticket management systems
