Senior statistical programmer needed to design and execute statistical programming solutions for complex clinical studies. Deliver technical expertise, lead programming teams, and provide consulting support for internal and external clients in a clinical research environment.
Responsibilities
Program, test, and document statistical applications for tables, figures, listings, and analysis datasets
Integrate databases from multiple studies and coordinate programming specifications for complex projects
Develop and validate new process technologies, macros, and applications
Provide technical leadership and consulting to internal and external clients on complex studies
Train and mentor junior programming staff
Requirements
Master's degree in computer science or related field with 3 years relevant experience, OR bachelor's degree with 4 years experience
Advanced proficiency in Base SAS, SAS Graph, and SAS Macro Language
Knowledge of statistics, programming, and clinical drug development processes
Project management skills including scope, budget estimation, and resource forecasting
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with high accuracy
