Senior Staff Architect role leading enterprise-wide generative AI and agentic AI solutions at Thermo Fisher Scientific's Digital Foundation Platform team. Responsible for defining architecture, standards, and roadmap for production-grade agentic systems across multiple teams while mentoring architects and engineers.
Responsibilities
Provide enterprise architecture leadership for generative AI and agentic AI platforms across multiple Scrum teams
Design and evolve reusable agentic harness, runtime platform, and reference architectures for production use
Lead architecture reviews, design decisions, and technical investigations addressing performance, security, and scalability
Architect core agentic system capabilities including agent runtime, planning, tool integration, memory management, and multi-agent collaboration
Define evaluation frameworks, LLMOps practices, and production excellence standards for AI-driven systems
Requirements
Deep expertise in designing production-grade agentic systems and cloud-native platforms
Demonstrated experience with LangGraph, LangChain, and AI orchestration frameworks
Strong background in RAG architectures, LLM integrations, and multi-agent systems
Proficiency in cloud platforms, event-driven architectures, and distributed system design
Experience with Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and model integration patterns
Track record of defining enterprise architecture standards and leading technical teams
