Responsibilities Job Overview We are seeking an experienced
Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications through a combination of manual and automated testing. The role is responsible for developing test strategies, designing automation frameworks, executing test cases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software releases. The successful candidate will drive testing best practices, improve automation coverage, and support continuous delivery initiatives.

Responsibilities - Analyze business requirements, system specifications, and technical documentation to develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend testing.
- Create and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium , Playwright , Cypress , or similar automation frameworks.
- Perform manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, interface, and end-to-end testing.
- Integrate automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins , Azure DevOps , GitHub Actions , or similar tools.
- Collaborate with Development, Product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure complete test coverage and software quality.
- Analyze test results, log and track defects, validate bug fixes, and perform regression testing.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Continuously improve test automation frameworks, testing processes, and overall QA practices.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote testing best practices across the team.
- Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards, testing processes, and delivery timelines.
Skills - Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, WebDriver, or Appium .
- Strong programming skills in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript , or similar languages.
- Experience with automation frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or NUnit .
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, protocols , and web technologies.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Knowledge of SDLC, STLC , Agile methodologies, and software testing best practices.
- Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines .
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering , or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Test Automation.
- Experience working with manual and automation testing frameworks in Agile environments.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is preferred.
- ISTQB , Certified Selenium Professional, or equivalent testing certifications are an added advantage.
