GE HealthCare seeks a Senior Software Engineer for mobile app development within their Patient Care Solutions Mobile Center of Excellence. This hands-on role focuses on designing and delivering secure, scalable mobile solutions while establishing reusable capabilities and engineering standards across multiple products.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test and deliver high-quality mobile features and reusable shared components
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects and UX teams to translate requirements into solutions
Build and maintain reusable mobile libraries and common capabilities across applications
Implement mobile security practices and observability including logging, telemetry and crash reporting
Analyze and optimize mobile application performance, reliability and user experience
Requirements
7+ years software engineering experience with significant mobile application development
Strong expertise in Flutter, React Native, iOS/Swift, or Android/Kotlin
Proficiency in mobile architecture, design patterns, state management, and API integration
Experience with mobile security practices including authentication, encryption, and secure storage
Knowledge of AWS cloud services and CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications
Demonstrated experience with AI-assisted development tools and code generation
Healthcare or regulated industry application development experience preferred
