Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning
● Build a monthly content plan for each brand, organised around topics the target
audience cares about (not internal updates)
● Keep a balanced content mix: thought leadership, education, industry insight, product
and company updates
● Set platform priorities for each brand: LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube
Track industry trends, competitors and platform algorithm changes, and turn them
into content ideas

Content Creation
● Write copy suited to each platform: posts, carousels, threads, captions, and LinkedIn
articles and newsletters
● Plan and script short-form video (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn video), working with
designers and editors from idea to final cut
● Create original formats that make B2B content engaging: explainers, myth-busters,
data stories, POV pieces, industry commentary
● Keep each brand’s voice and visual identity consistent
● Growth, Engagement & Lead Contribution
● Grow a relevant following among the target audience (decision-makers in key
international markets), not just raw follower numbers
● Run community engagement: comments, DMs, engaging with industry voices,
employee and leadership advocacy
● Help leadership build their LinkedIn presence through ghostwritten posts and content
planning
● Work with Sales and Marketing to turn social engagement into qualified enquiries,
using tracked links (UTMs) and clear conversion paths
● Support event, webinar and conference campaigns before, during and after the event

Analytics & Reporting
● Track and report performance every month, focused on reach within the target
audience, engagement quality, website traffic and enquiries, as well as impressions
● Use the data to improve content and drop formats that don’t perform
● Suggest potential post boosts on LinkedIn and Meta when needed

Qualifications

Required Skills

vanity metrics
● Excellent written English. You must be able to simplify technical topics for senior
readers
● Proven experience planning and producing short-form video
● Working knowledge of: LinkedIn Page and Campaign Manager, Meta Business
Suite, a scheduling tool (Buffer, Hootsuite or Sprout Social), Canva, a video editor
(CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar), and GA4 with UTM tracking
● Experience running social for more than one brand or client at the same time
● An analytical approach: you can explain why a piece of content worked, not just
that it did

Good To Have

● B2B iGaming experience (strong plus), such as platform providers, game

● Experience in healthcare or health-tech, including awareness of sensitive
messaging
● Agency background handling B2B tech clients
