Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams executing innovation and process development projects from specification through validation
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets while coordinating with product management, quality assurance, operations, and legal
• Create and own project schedules; track risks, issues, and mitigation plans ensuring on-time deliverable completion
• Conduct regular project meetings assigning and tracking actions; provide stakeholder updates on goals and project status
• Identify improvement opportunities and develop innovative solutions enhancing team and process performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in science, engineering, biotechnology, or related field
• 5+ years project management experience in matrixed environments
• Demonstrated track record delivering large cross-functional projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders
• Strong leadership and solution-oriented mindset for fast-paced settings
• Working knowledge of cell biology and cell line development (preferred)
• Experience designing or delivering new technical services to market (preferred)
