Conduct regular project meetings assigning and tracking actions; provide stakeholder updates on goals and project status
Identify improvement opportunities and develop innovative solutions enhancing team and process performance
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in science, engineering, biotechnology, or related field
5+ years project management experience in matrixed environments
Demonstrated track record delivering large cross-functional projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders
Strong leadership and solution-oriented mindset for fast-paced settings
Working knowledge of cell biology and cell line development (preferred)
Experience designing or delivering new technical services to market (preferred)
