You’ll make a difference by:

• The Order Management / Customer Support Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end order processing, ensuring timely fulfilment, and delivering excellent customer experience. The role requires strong SAP knowledge, supply chain understanding, and the ability to handle customer interactions, queries, and exceptions efficiently.
• Order Management
• Manage end-to-end order lifecycles from order creation to delivery and fulfilment.
• Ensure adherence to SLA, KPIs, and Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Monitor order status and proactively resolve delays.
• Exception Handling
• Identify and manage exceptions across the order fulfilment cycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, planning, sales, commercial) to resolve issues.
• Take ownership of escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Customer Interaction & Experience
• Handle customer calls and email communications professionally.
• Address urgent requests, queries, and disputes effectively.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and experience.
• Supply Chain Coordination
• Apply strong supply chain knowledge to support order fulfilment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Understand dependencies such as inventory, shipping, and distribution.
• SAP & Reporting
• Utilize SAP for order processing and tracking (T-codes, reports).
• Generate and analyze reports for performance and issue tracking.
• Maintain accurate system data and documentation.
• Communication & Coordination
• Maintain excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on order status, delays, and resolutions.
• Ensure clarity and accuracy in all communication.

Your success is grounded in:

• Should be from O2C background with Sound knowledge of billing process and service contract admin roles.
• Booking and validating the contractual PO received from customers and booking the same in ERP.
• Preparation of Billing due list report and sharing with the stakeholders.
• Registration of contracts in SAP.
• SAP knowledge and experience will be add on.
• Should be willing to work in shifts and extend during the business working requirements.
• Should be having good interpersonal skills and proficiency in communication.
