One of our multinational financial institution clients operating in India is looking for an experienced Sr Manager, Active Directory & Entra Engineering - People Leader (Cyber Security) to join its technology and operations team in Hyderabad. The successful professional will work in a large-scale, regulated enterprise environment and collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Engineer and operate enterprise identity and authentication platforms.
Support SSO, directory, authentication and identity lifecycle services.
Automate operational and administrative processes.
Troubleshoot complex identity incidents and availability issues.
Implement security controls and improve resilience; people-leader roles will also lead and develop engineering teams.
Strong IAM, authentication, SSO or directory-services engineering experience.
Enterprise operations and automation experience with a strong security mindset.
Leadership and stakeholder-management capability for managerial positions.
