Senior Manager leading field training strategy and execution for Allergan Aesthetics at AbbVie. Responsible for identifying training needs, designing learning interventions, coordinating logistics, and measuring training effectiveness across commercial teams in the Indian market.
Responsibilities
Identify training needs and design learning mechanisms in consultation with stakeholders
Deliver induction, product launch, and cascade training programs including classroom sessions and role-plays
Coordinate training logistics including venues, materials, dates, and participant nominations
Conduct field coaching and measure training impact through assessments and performance metrics
Collaborate cross-functionally to support commercial strategy, launch excellence, and digital initiatives
Requirements
Science graduate, preferably with diploma or certification in training
8+ years corporate/regional training experience in MNC or premier Indian pharma
12+ years total pharma industry experience
Strong collaboration, interpersonal skills, and analytical ability
Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and storytelling abilities
Strategic account planning and stakeholder management experience
