Responsibilities

• Manage and develop small team including hiring, performance evaluations, and professional development
• Oversee project portfolio execution to ensure accuracy, timely delivery, and budget compliance
• Allocate resources globally and report staffing strategies to senior leadership
• Support implementation of operational and quality activities across studies and portfolios
• Develop and implement data management processes, procedures, and training programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification
• 8-14 years of relevant experience in clinical data management or related field
• 4+ years of direct leadership and team management responsibility
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficiency with regulatory guidelines, standard operating procedures, and data confidentiality
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
• Ability to motivate teams and delegate tasks effectively
