Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement robust data architectures and platforms aligned with business objectives
Lead, mentor, and motivate data engineering team while fostering innovation and best practices
Oversee development and optimization of data pipelines, integration solutions, and governance policies
Architect and manage cloud-based data solutions with focus on security and compliance standards
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate data requirements into technical solutions
Requirements
Cloud platform proficiency (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with architecture and cost optimization knowledge
Expert-level Python, PySpark, and SQL with big data ETL performance tuning experience
Demonstrated leadership experience building and developing high-performing data engineering teams
Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering with 12+ years experience, or Master's with 11+ years
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities for complex data challenges
AWS Certified Data Engineer or Databricks Certificate preferred
