We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead large-scale operations in the US Mortgage/Title Services domain . This is a high-impact leadership role managing multiple accounts and driving delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple client accounts with a span of 100–150 FTEs
Drive end-to-end delivery, quality, and client satisfaction , including handling escalations
Bring deep expertise in US Mortgage Operations – Settlement Services , including:
Post-Closing
Recording
Policy Preparation
Curative
Conduct daily/weekly governance calls and huddles with Line Leads and Managers
Analyze MIS reports to drive performance improvements and informed decision-making
Own and manage P&L , ensuring revenue growth and profitability targets are met
Engage with clients through reviews, meetings, and strategic discussions
What We’re Looking For
Graduate degree (mandatory)
10+ years of experience in Mortgage/Title Operations
Proven experience managing large teams and multiple accounts
Strong financial acumen and stakeholder management skills
Flexibility to work in US shift hours
