Sr. Manager- Accounts & Finanace in New Delhi, भारत

ABOUT THE ROLE

Melhor Group is seeking a Senior Accounts Manager to lead the accounting and compliance function for its real estate business from the Head Office in New Delhi. The role owns the books end to end — project-wise accounting, GST, TDS and RERA compliance, MIS and financial reporting, audit finalisation and cash-flow management — and is the finance counterpart to the Sales, CRM, Purchase and Projects teams across Delhi and Goa. This is a hands-on senior role, not a supervisory one. The right candidate has spent at least ten years in accounting, a substantial part of it with a real estate developer or construction company, and has personally owned RERA designated-account compliance, statutory filings and management MIS — not merely reviewed them.
