Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to oversee our daily HR operations, lead talent acquisition efforts, and manage employee lifecycle procedures. In this role, you will act as a key contact for employee relations, administer performance and payroll processes, and ensure that our company policies align seamlessly with local labor legislation. The ideal candidate possesses an analytical mindset, deep knowledge of HR systems, and exceptional interpersonal skills to build a positive, high-performing corporate culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates across platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri , screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
• Oversee comprehensive candidate background checks and coordinate the offer letter negotiation process.
• Design and execute effective induction and onboarding programs to smoothly integrate new hires.
• Employee Relations & Engagement:
• Serve as a trusted advisor to staff and management, addressing everyday HR-related queries, grievances, and conflicts.
• Plan and coordinate informal engagement activities, events, and wellness initiatives to foster strong team bonding and boost employee retention.
• Performance Management & Training:
• Implement and coordinate cyclical performance review procedures (e.g., annual, quarterly, or 360° appraisals).
• Work with department heads to identify skill gaps, evaluate training needs, and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
• HR Operations & Payroll Support:
• Maintain and update employee databases and documents securely within Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Manage employee leaves, attendance tracking, and provide accurate data inputs to the finance team for monthly payroll processing.
• Oversee smooth offboarding and exit interview processes to gather actionable workplace feedback.

· Compliance & Policy Formulation:

o Develop, update, and implement fair corporate policies that align with changing statutory requirements and labor laws.

o Ensure strict audit readiness for internal, external, and government statutory compliance assessments.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field

· Experience: 3 to 5+ years of proven generalist experience as an HR Executive, Senior HR Associate, or equivalent role.

· Technical Proficiency: Extensive familiarity with HRMS/HRIS platforms (like ), job portals, and tools like Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

· Soft Skills: Demonstrable leadership abilities, stellar consultative communication skills, negotiation skills, and strong empathetic problem-solving abilities.

· Knowledge Base: Deep understanding of local labor legislation, employment law, and salary structure models (including statutory components like PF, ESI, or insurance tracking).

· Locations : Three locations handling ( Baner, PCMC, Bavdhan)
