Senior Global Program Manager to lead complex CMC programs across the product lifecycle at Amgen's Hyderabad office. Requires managing a team of Program Managers while integrating cross-functional deliverables, driving execution excellence, and establishing program management standards in a regulated biopharmaceutical environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, strategically important CMC programs across product lifecycle with integrated cross-functional deliverables and dependencies
• Lead, coach, and develop team of Program Managers through performance management, career development, and succession planning
• Develop and align integrated CMC program strategies, plans, governance structures, and execution frameworks
• Partner with PDT leaders and functional stakeholders to drive program execution and milestone delivery
• Establish program management standards, governance practices, metrics, and operating rhythms driving organizational effectiveness

Requirements

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 13+ years program/project/portfolio management experience
• Bachelor's or Master's in chemical, biochemical, pharmaceutical, biomedical engineering or related scientific discipline
• 12+ years biopharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience supporting Process Development, CMC, Manufacturing, or Product Development
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional programs across product lifecycle in regulated environments
• Advanced project/program management certification such as PMP or PgMP
• Direct experience managing and developing Program Managers or comparable professional teams
