Responsibilities
Own financial planning and quarterly forecasts for assigned development programs and collaborations
Build and monitor clinical trial budgets and study financials through completion
Develop detailed forecasts for clinical costs and maintain data in Hyperion systems
Produce monthly cost center reporting, spend tracking, and variance analyses aligned with governance standards
Lead process improvement initiatives to standardize financial templates and procedures
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, scientific, or quantitative field
3-5 years relevant experience in forecasting, budgeting, and business partnering
Proficiency with financial forecasting, actuals reporting, and variance analysis
Hyperion platform experience for financial data management
Strong analytical and communication skills with stakeholder management ability
Experience identifying and implementing operational improvements
Pharmaceutical clinical development knowledge preferred
