Senior Financial Analyst role within Advanced Surgery FP&A team supporting financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting. The position involves consolidating regional financial data, preparing materials for leadership reviews, and translating complex financial information into actionable insights for decision-making.
Responsibilities
Consolidate monthly sales outlooks and financial data from regions across multiple forecast cycles
Prepare high-quality materials for monthly business reviews, forecasts, and annual operating plans
Load planning information into PlanIT and validate data accuracy during forecast processes
Deliver monthly management reporting with variance analysis and key driver explanations
Perform strategic financial analysis and identify material business risks and opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
5+ years of financial planning and reporting experience
Strong analytical skills with expertise in accounting and financial analysis
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with JD Edwards, Hyperion Planning, and Cognos preferred
Native or bilingual English proficiency
Financial modeling skills; statistical modeling experience a plus
