Sr Finance Systems Analyst (Oracle ERP) in Bangalore, भारत

Senior Finance Systems Analyst role supporting Oracle Cloud ERP administration, maintenance, and enhancement across procurement, inventory, supply chain, and payables modules. Requires 10-12 years of Oracle financial systems experience and strong technical expertise in Fusion modules.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve finance and shared services system issues, coordinating solutions to support daily operations
• Administer ERP systems including security, configuration, maintenance, query development, and reporting
• Test new Oracle functionality, upgrades, and assess AI/Agentic capabilities for adoption
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement system improvements, enhancements, and interfaces to internal/external systems
• Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and serve as liaison with IT and external vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration
• 10-12 years supporting or implementing Oracle Cloud ERP or on-premises financial systems
• Hands-on experience with P2P modules: Procurement, Inventory, Supply Chain, Accounts Payable
• Basic SQL proficiency and relational database concepts understanding
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement, Inventory, Supply Chain, and Payables mandatory
• Knowledge of BPM workflows, system integrations, financial processes, and data flows
