Position: Sr. Executive – MEPF

Job Location: Swan Lake

Job Description

• Review and validate MEPF designs as per project requirements, applicable codes and standards.

• Coordinate with architectural, structural and interior teams for seamless system integration.

• Supervise MEPF installations and ensure adherence to design, quality and safety standards.

• Resolve technical issues and lead engineering discussions at site.

• Coordinate with MEPF contractors and vendors for timely execution and material delivery.

• Conduct inspections, testing and commissioning activities.

• Maintain as-built drawings, test reports and other project documentation.

Desired Candidate

• Education Qualification: B.E. / https://jobeax.com/link/2DENLGgQM7whDhaE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant MEPF experience .

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Strong project management and leadership abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD and ERP systems .

• Effective communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
