Baxter seeks a Senior Automation Engineer with 8+ years of experience to design and maintain automated test suites for distributed applications and connected services. The role involves C# REST API and UI automation, CI/CD pipeline integration, failure analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to improve release quality.

Responsibilities

• Translate product and software requirements into maintainable automated test scenarios
• Develop and maintain C# automation for REST APIs, web UIs, and regression test suites
• Create reusable test utilities, page objects, assertions, and reporting components
• Integrate smoke and regression suites with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Investigate test failures using logs, API traces, and diagnostic tools; mentor junior engineers

Requirements

• 8+ years of automation testing and test design experience
• Strong C# and .NET programming with object-oriented design and debugging skills
• Hands-on REST API automation using NUnit, xUnit, or MSTest
• Selenium WebDriver and/or Playwright UI automation experience
• GraphQL understanding including queries, mutations, and schema validation
• Git, CI/CD pipelines, and test reporting workflow knowledge
• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or related field
