Missions/Main Duties
Responsibilities:
L1/L2 End-User and Deskside Support
Desktop, Laptop, Printer, and Peripheral Management
Windows OS and Enterprise Application Troubleshooting
Microsoft 365 / O365 Support and Administration
Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint Support
Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, and Access Management
Intune and SCCM Endpoint Management
Network Connectivity, VPN, Wi-Fi, and Remote Access Support
IT Asset Management and Technical Documentation
Onboarding, Offboarding, Escalation, and Global IT Collaboration
Key Metrics (KPI's)
End-User Support and Service Desk Operations
Deskside Support for Hardware and Peripherals
Windows OS and Application Troubleshooting
Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Administration and Support
Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint Support
Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, and Identity Management
Intune and SCCM Endpoint Administration
Network, VPN, Wi-Fi, and Remote Access Troubleshooting
IT Asset Management and Documentation
Incident Management, Escalation, and Cross-Functional IT Collaboration
Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills
Profile/Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer sciences or related field,
Job Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
