Job summary:-
Looking for Sr. engineer/ assistant manager-Quality roles in a Pipes & Fittings industry located in Tumkur (Bangalore). Candidates should have 6+ years of experience with strong knowledge of quality standards, procedures, and documentation etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure quality control of pipes and fittings during incoming, in-process, and final inspection stages
Implement and monitor quality standards, procedures, and systems
Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
Coordinate with production, R&D, and dispatch teams to maintain product quality
Monitor testing processes (pressure testing, dimensional checks, raw material testing, etc.)
Maintain quality documentation, reports, and audit records
Ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications (ISO, BIS, etc.)
Requirements:
5–8 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in Pipes & Fittings or Polymer industry
Strong knowledge of PVC/HDPE/CPVC products and testing standards
