Our partner is looking for a Senior Developer – Enterprise Application Salesforce (Leankor) based in India. As a senior technical specialist, you will shape application architecture, develop advanced custom solutions, and ensure seamless integration between Salesforce functionality and third-party package components. You will leverage Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and modern DevOps practices to build scalable, maintainable, and high-performing applications. The role also involves managing package upgrades, protecting customizations, and maintaining compatibility across enterprise systems. Experience with Leankor is an advantage, particularly in project management workflows, Kanban boards, Gantt charts, and resource management. The position is full-time and remote within India. Accountabilities - Managed Package Architecture: Define and implement technical strategies for extending Salesforce managed packages while maintaining compatibility with package namespaces, vendor updates, and future upgrade paths. - Leankor Customization: Where applicable, design and optimize custom workflows and project management extensions using Leankor capabilities, including Kanban, Gantt charts, and resource management components.

- Advanced Salesforce Development: Build high-performance Apex triggers, controllers, and batch processes, along with Lightning Web Components (LWC), that interact effectively with managed package objects and protected metadata. - Package Upgrade Management: Plan and execute package version upgrades, assess potential impacts on custom triggers, overrides, and integrations, and minimize regression risks and service disruptions. - Namespace and Technical Governance: Apply Salesforce development best practices, manage namespace prefixes, prevent naming conflicts, and implement robust error handling across managed and unmanaged components. - User Experience Customization: Develop tailored interfaces using field sets, custom settings, and LWC to enhance standard managed package layouts and improve usability. - Complex Data Modeling: Design and maintain relationships between standard Salesforce objects, custom objects, and managed package entities, including integrations between project management and Salesforce Field Service work orders. - DevOps and Deployment: Support continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes for managed package-dependent applications, ensuring reliable deployments and migrations across sandbox environments. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to translate requirements into scalable solutions while maintaining quality, performance, and long-term maintainability. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; a master's degree in Software Engineering or a related field is also relevant. - Extensive hands-on experience developing and customizing Salesforce enterprise applications, particularly solutions built on complex third-party managed packages. - Strong proficiency in Apex development, including triggers, controllers, and batch processing, as well as Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Understanding of Salesforce managed package architecture, namespace management, protected metadata, customization boundaries, and package upgrade strategies.
