Sr Customer Service Representative in Bangalore, भारत

Senior Customer Service Representative role supporting order management and back-office operations for Thermo Fisher Scientific's Bangalore center. Processes high-volume requests across North America, EMEA, and APJ regions using enterprise systems, requiring deep product knowledge and independent problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Process complex orders requiring in-depth regional knowledge using enterprise applications
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external processes on all financial transactions
  • Identify solutions to operational problems and actively improve processes with cross-functional teams
  • Mentor junior colleagues and prevent repeated errors through knowledge sharing
  • Meet daily turnaround time targets and performance service-level agreements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, or Business Administration
  • 3–5 years hands-on order management experience
  • Proficiency with Oracle JD Edwards, SAP, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
  • Flexibility to work early morning and night shifts
