Senior Business Systems Analyst position focused on managing analysis workstreams for moderate-to-complex platform implementation initiatives at a regulated life-science organization. The role involves requirements elicitation, process evaluation, integration design, and test coordination across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Lead analysis activities for integration, migration, and functional components of technical implementation projects
Elicit, document, and maintain detailed requirements with business stakeholders, technical teams, and architects
Develop source-to-target data mappings and integration specifications with error handling documentation
Create test scenarios and scripts; coordinate and manage testing through completion
Identify improvement opportunities in existing business and project practices
Requirements
Advanced degree plus 3 years systems analysis experience, or Bachelor's degree plus 5 years experience
Expertise in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting integration requirements with appropriate technical syntax
Proficiency with Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies
Experience developing source-to-target data mappings and managing system migration activities
Working knowledge of integration technologies and GxP/validation practices in regulated environments
Ability to develop test scenarios, scripts, and coordinate testing activities
