The role requires extensive field travel and coordination with hospitals, medical colleges, and healthcare institutions.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute annual and quarterly deployment plans across India
Identify and prioritize hospitals and training centers for program delivery
Lead scheduling, logistics coordination, permits, site approvals, and operational readiness
Manage vendor partners for transportation, maintenance, and field operations
Monitor program performance through metrics, feedback, and leadership dashboards
Requirements
Bachelor's degree plus 4 years relevant experience, or advanced degree with 2 years experience
Experience in surgical education, clinical training, healthcare program management, or field operations
Track record managing multi-site programs, training initiatives, or large-scale field operations
Demonstrated ability engaging surgeons, hospital administrators, and healthcare institutions
Vendor management, budget tracking, and operational reporting experience
Availability to travel 60-70% across India, including occasional weekend support
