Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to understand goals, pain points, and desired outcomes
Create and maintain business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
Analyze business processes and data flows to identify improvement opportunities
Support testing, user acceptance validation, and product release readiness
Maintain end-to-end traceability from requirements through delivery and business validation
Requirements
Experience translating business needs into clear requirements and product definitions
Demonstrated ability to lead discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews
Strong process analysis and data analysis skills
Experience collaborating with product, engineering, data science, and technology teams
Proficiency in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
Understanding of AI, analytics, and automation opportunities in business contexts
