Roles and Responsibilities:
Vendor Management & Procurement: Identify, evaluate, negotiate with, and manage vendors for materials and services, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
Event & Training Logistics: Coordinate procurement and logistical requirements for events, training programmes, meetings, and other organizational activities.
Event Planning & Support: Proactively manage the event calendar, anticipate operational requirements, and ensure timely and seamless logistical support in coordination with relevant teams.
Asset Management: Maintain accurate records and inventories of organizational assets, including allocation, movement, maintenance, verification, and disposal.
Office & Facilities Management: Ensure the upkeep, cleanliness, safety, and functionality of office spaces and facilities, coordinating maintenance, repairs, and service providers as required.
