Sr. Associate - Technology Project Controller in Hyderabad, भारत

Amgen seeks a Senior Associate to manage financial controls and project performance for technology and data initiatives. This role develops budgets, monitors costs, analyzes schedules, and provides leadership with actionable insights on project health and risks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and forecast project budgets; monitor spending and expenditures
• Conduct monthly cost reviews, variance analysis, and financial adjustments
• Create and analyze project schedules using approved tools; validate contractor schedules
• Maintain project risk registers and assess cost and schedule impacts of changes
• Prepare project controls reports and provide recommendations to leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of project controls, cost management, scheduling, or project finance experience
• Proficiency with Anaplan, Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP, Power BI, and Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
