Regeneron seeks a Senior Associate Scientist I in Hyderabad to support quantitative biomarker research through bioinformatics data analysis, pipeline automation, quality control, and cross-study data integration. The role involves implementing analytical workflows, maintaining visualization tools, and collaborating with cross-functional scientific teams.

Responsibilities

• Support figure generation and analysis updates with various data subsets, groupings, and formatting while maintaining integrity
• Implement and optimize automated data processing pipelines with routine quality control checks and documentation
• Conduct data and results quality control, generate validation summaries, and escalate issues
• Maintain and refresh RMarkdown, Quarto, or Shiny-based data viewers for single and cross-study exploration
• Support cross-study database integration including data collation, variable mapping, and ETL validation

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Statistics, Computer Science, or Life Sciences
• Proficiency with R, Python, Bash, and version control systems like Git
• Experience with R Shiny, Quarto, or RMarkdown for data visualization
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development platforms such as Claude Code
• Understanding of statistical modeling including linear models, logistic regression, and survival analysis
• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
• Experience with biomarker, clinical, or large-scale scientific datasets preferred
