Senior Associate Information Systems Engineer responsible for operating and improving enterprise observability services across global infrastructure. The role involves monitoring platform administration, alert management, incident investigation, and automation development to support application and infrastructure reliability.
Responsibilities
Operate and support enterprise monitoring services including Dynatrace, alerting integrations, ServiceNow, and on-call workflows
Configure and optimize Dynatrace features such as OneAgent, ActiveGate, management zones, dashboards, and alert profiles using DQL
Investigate alerts and performance issues; analyze incidents and support root-cause investigations with evidence
Design and execute OneAgent and ActiveGate upgrade lifecycles with readiness checks, validation, and stakeholder coordination
Develop monitoring automation using APIs, ServiceNow integration, n8n, Ansible, and remediation workflows
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 5–9 years of enterprise monitoring or observability operations experience
Hands-on experience with Dynatrace platform and comparable monitoring tools
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills with alert investigation expertise
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms for incident and change management
Basic scripting or automation using Python, PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, or REST APIs
Knowledge of Windows and Linux infrastructure, application, and database monitoring
Understanding of observability fundamentals: metrics, logs, traces, events, alerting, and dashboards
