Senior Associate in Master Data Management supporting data accuracy and consistency across Amgen's supply chain operations. The role involves data validation, cleansing, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain master data integrity in enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform data validation, cleansing, and enrichment for master data across Material, Production, Quality, and Customer Transportation domains
• Create and maintain master data extensions across plants, sales organizations, and warehouses
• Conduct data analysis to identify discrepancies, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Monitor data quality metrics, generate compliance reports, and track performance indicators
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business, IT, and operations teams to resolve data-related issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline with 4-7 years of master data management or SAP experience
• Hands-on SAP ECC experience with Material, PIR, SL, ECN, BOM, Recipe, and QM Inspection types
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Office Suite, and data analysis tools
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and quality standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Experience in healthcare or biotech supply chain environments preferred
