Responsibilities
Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and stakeholders to align business analysis with product strategy and delivery
Conduct current-state and future-state business process analysis to identify operational optimization opportunities and AI use cases
Define scope, business value, success metrics, and value realization plans for AI-enabled solutions
Translate business requirements into functional specifications including accuracy, security, governance, and operational considerations
Develop sprint-ready User Stories, Epics, and Features with clear Acceptance Criteria and business value alignment
Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree with 5-8 years of experience
Strong business analysis, requirements elicitation, and user story development skills
Proficiency in process modeling, gap analysis, and stakeholder management
Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum, SAFe, and backlog management
Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, KPI development, and business metrics
Excellent communication and presentation abilities for executive-level audiences
Familiarity with ITSM, change management, and GXP validation preferred
