Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and stakeholders to align business analysis with product strategy and delivery
• Conduct current-state and future-state business process analysis to identify operational optimization opportunities and AI use cases
• Define scope, business value, success metrics, and value realization plans for AI-enabled solutions
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications including accuracy, security, governance, and operational considerations
• Develop sprint-ready User Stories, Epics, and Features with clear Acceptance Criteria and business value alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree with 5-8 years of experience
• Strong business analysis, requirements elicitation, and user story development skills
• Proficiency in process modeling, gap analysis, and stakeholder management
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum, SAFe, and backlog management
• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, KPI development, and business metrics
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for executive-level audiences
• Familiarity with ITSM, change management, and GXP validation preferred
