Senior Associate role focused on designing and maintaining analytics solutions for Environmental Health & Safety and Engineering Operations. Responsible for developing dashboards, KPI frameworks, and reporting solutions using modern data platforms to enable operational decision-making and compliance monitoring.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain standardized dashboards and reports for EHS and Operations governance
Build interactive reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Fabric platforms
Integrate data from Enterprise Data Lake, Databricks, and enterprise applications into scalable solutions
Establish and manage KPI Registry with definitions, business rules, calculations, and governance standards
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy and auditability
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
5–9 years experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or data management
Hands-on expertise with Power BI and Tableau dashboard development
Experience developing KPI frameworks, metric definitions, and reporting governance
Demonstrated ability to integrate and analyze data from multiple enterprise systems
Experience translating business requirements into analytics and reporting solutions
Data validation and quality assurance experience in regulated environments
