Senior Associate Business Systems Analyst supporting Amgen's global Commercialization Technology team. Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Owners and architects to manage business analysis activities aligned with goals
Define scope, value, and acceptance criteria for new developments with product managers and customers
Facilitate breakdown of epics into features and sprint-sized user stories with backlog prioritization
Conduct product demonstrations for internal and external stakeholders and provide quality feedback
Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and changes; support IT system users and incident response
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 5-9 years of business analyst experience in information systems
Demonstrated experience as business analyst supporting enterprise software or data solutions
Proficiency writing user requirements and acceptance criteria in JIRA and agile methodologies
Experience evaluating technology solutions, assessing capabilities, risks, and business alignment
Knowledge of data management concepts including quality, governance, integration, and lifecycle
Experience with data visualization and analytics tools; familiarity with AI and emerging technologies
Strong technical documentation and cross-functional communication skills
