Senior finance professional to partner with capital sales leadership at a medical device company, designing customer financing solutions and accelerating da Vinci system placements through flexible payment structures and strategic territory planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic financial plans with capital sales organization to expand da Vinci system adoption
• Serve as primary contact for customer-facing financing solutions including leasing, rentals, and customized programs
• Lead and participate in customer meetings with hospital financial decision makers
• Deliver training programs to commercial teams on financial selling strategies and financing processes
• Manage market portfolio and support cross-functional asset pool oversight

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years of relevant finance and commercial experience
• Expertise in structuring customer financing solutions and capital programs
• Proven success in mid-sized international or medical device companies
• Executive-level communication skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent transactions
• Fluent English; proficiency in an additional European language is a strong asset
