Responsibilities
Develop strategic financial plans with capital sales organization to expand da Vinci system adoption
Serve as primary contact for customer-facing financing solutions including leasing, rentals, and customized programs
Lead and participate in customer meetings with hospital financial decision makers
Deliver training programs to commercial teams on financial selling strategies and financing processes
Manage market portfolio and support cross-functional asset pool oversight
Requirements
Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
Minimum 8 years of relevant finance and commercial experience
Expertise in structuring customer financing solutions and capital programs
Proven success in mid-sized international or medical device companies
Executive-level communication skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent transactions
Fluent English; proficiency in an additional European language is a strong asset
