Responsibilities
Analyze application problems and implement solutions with minimal system downtime
Troubleshoot and resolve application-specific support issues independently
Support application onboarding, decommissioning, and serve as applications manager
Lead development of packaged software modification requirements and interface specifications
Mentor junior team members and provide strategic recommendations to management
Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
5+ years enterprise systems administration experience
Expert knowledge of Windows Server and Linux server administration
Advanced relational database skills, primarily Oracle and SQL Server
Proficiency with CREQ, Jira, or comparable system health tracking tools
Knowledge of AI/Machine Learning including prompt engineering
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication abilities
