Senior Analyst role focused on HR Operations and employee data management at a healthcare company. The position requires expertise in Workday and pre-payroll processes, with responsibility for data integrity, reporting, and process automation across global HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for pre-payroll and HR domain with Workday leadership
• Resolve complex employee data cases and escalations with accuracy and precision
• Own Workday data integrity, audits, and reporting for system reliability
• Generate periodic HR reports and dashboards for leadership visibility and decision-making
• Drive HR process standardization, simplification, and automation initiatives across teams

Requirements

• 5–9 years of HR Operations, Shared Services, or GBS experience
• Advanced Workday expertise and ServiceNow knowledge
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management
• Proven track record in HR data quality and process improvement initiatives
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience preferred
• Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA HR preferred
• Fluent English communication skills
