Responsibilities
Serve as subject matter expert for pre-payroll and HR domain with Workday leadership
Resolve complex employee data cases and escalations with accuracy and precision
Own Workday data integrity, audits, and reporting for system reliability
Generate periodic HR reports and dashboards for leadership visibility and decision-making
Drive HR process standardization, simplification, and automation initiatives across teams
Requirements
5–9 years of HR Operations, Shared Services, or GBS experience
Advanced Workday expertise and ServiceNow knowledge
Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management
Proven track record in HR data quality and process improvement initiatives
Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience preferred
Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA HR preferred
