Regeneron seeks a Specialist in Reporting Analytics & Business Intelligence for its Global Development team in Hyderabad. The role involves designing dashboards, maintaining reporting solutions, and enabling data-driven decision-making through advanced visualization and analytics platforms in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
• Build, test, maintain, and enhance reporting workbooks supporting Global Development analytics
• Optimize reporting platforms for performance, scalability, and usability across the organization
• Monitor dashboards to ensure accuracy, data quality, integrity, and security in all outputs
• Support AI integration initiatives and Large Language Model implementation within reporting landscape

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years experience; or Master's degree with 1+ year experience
• Demonstrated expertise in Tableau and Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to interpret complex datasets
• Experience integrating Large Language Models within reporting landscapes
• Familiarity with clinical trial operational data
• Excellent communication skills translating technical insights into business value
• Qlik experience preferred
