Job Title Spa Manager Experience 6-8 years of relevant experience in spa or hospitality management, preferably in a leadership role within a high-end spa or wellness facility. Educational Qualification High School diploma is required. Additional certifications or training in spa and wellness services are a strong asset. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the spa facility, ensuring high standards of client service and safety.
  • Build & lead your own all-female spa team
  • Manage and train a team of spa therapists and support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor inventory and supplies, making purchase orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Develop and implement treatment menus and service offerings that align with the brand and client expectations.
  • Maintain compliance with wellness, safety, and sanitation standards, including adherence to OSHA and local regulations.
  • Conduct regular client feedback assessments and use the data to improve services and client satisfaction ratings.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong knowledge of spa treatments, equipment, and products, including wellness trends and best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact confidently with clients and staff.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and manage time across client bookings, inventory, and business operations.
  • Experience with operational systems such as appointment booking, sales tracking, and client management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
Nice to Have (Skills)
  • Certification in wellness therapies such as massage, facials, or body treatments.
  • Familiarity with spa POS or management software systems.
  • Marketing or sales experience to support business growth and branding initiatives.
  • Bilingual abilities to enhance communication with a broader range of clients.
  • Background in hospitality or luxury brand experience.
